LCI actively head hunt the very best healthcare professionals to create an exclusive pool of candidates that we offer to our clients. The majority of these candidates are not actively looking for a new position and therefore are not registered with our competitors and this is usually the first time they have considered moving from their current post. These candidates are of the highest quality which we achieve via strict referencing. This solution is a fee on delivery only basis, and is inclusive of our charge and the candidates pay.

LCI identify those niche areas that are a rare commodity, and actively head hunt, network those healthcare professionals to create an extensive database of the candidates that we offer to our clients. These candidates are not registered with other agencies and are usually based overseas. This solution is a fee on delivery only basis.
RETAINED SEARCH AND SELECTION RECRUITMENT
LCI offer a targeted search and selection service.
We take a detailed qualification from our client to ascertain their needs. We then actively head hunt a targeted section of the appropriate healthcare professionals (mainly overseas) and recruit them on our client’s behalf.
This approach differs to contingency recruitment in that the client in effect owns all the candidates intellectual details that we receive during their search and selection campaign, up until the position is filled, therefore getting 1st pick of the best healthcare professionals.
This solution is on a retained fee basis. We will charge a 1/3 of our fee on receiving the qualification, a 1/3 on our client receiving a suitable shortlist of healthcare professionals and the remainder once the healthcare professional has commenced employment.
MANAGED ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS
LCI offer a managed advertising campaign service. We take a detailed qualification from our client to ascertain their needs. We research the marketplace to understand the best target area to start the campaign. We liaise with the relevant publications (usually overseas), negotiate rates and advertise our client’s vacancy. We then compile a shortlist from the advert response and arrange interviews. As part of the service we can set up interviews overseas.
This solution is on a retained fee basis. We will charge a 1/3 of our fee on receiving the qualification, a 1/3 on our client receiving a suitable shortlist of healthcare professionals and the remainder once the healthcare professional has commenced employment.
